My work covers the whole user experience development cycle: researching user needs and extrapolating business objectives; heuristic, competitor, and Web traffic analysis; user experience strategy and concept development; content and data modelling; user journey creation and interaction design; annotated wireframes and prototypes (Axure, OmniGraffle, Visio); user experience testing.

My areas of expertise are transactional and process driven Web applications (B2B and B2C), large content driven Web sites, virtual assistants/scripted conversations, and mobile apps.

I follow a user-centred and creative approach on the basis of best practices for usability and user experience. I am confident with working in agile environments and mixed design/development teams.
