My work addresses the whole user experience life cycle from research to final documentation: research and reports on user and business requirements; heuristic, competitor, and traffic analysis; user experience strategy and concept development; content and data modelling; user journeys and interaction design; annotated wireframes and prototypes (Axure, OmniGraffle, Visio); and user experience testing.

My areas of expertise are transactional web sites, highly content- and functionality driven products, scripted conversations and mobile applications.

I employ a user-centred and creative approach on the basis of best practices for usability and functionality. I am framework and methodolgy agnostic, but I do believe in the power of fresh thinking and the mantra of UX: Sit down and speak with users.
